Gigi Hadid Leads in the ’22 Max Mara Fashion Show during Milan Fashion Week.

Gigi Hadid was seen leading the way at the spring ’22 Max Mara fashion show during Milan Fashion Week.

This season’s latest runway fashion show oozes a subtle mix of casual and traditional style, consisting of an oversized navy denim jacket teamed with a mini skirt, featuring lots of stitching detailing in contrasting white. Gigi Hadid also wore a pair of shoes that became one of the biggest trends of next spring: fisherman sandals. The Max Mara footbed includes a T-strap and wooden block heel for a slightly gladiator feel plus wide leather straps and metallic silver rounded toe.

The latest design from designer Alberta Ferreti also features her hijab designs in black and brown shades. Halima Aden is one of the hijab models at Max Mara Milan Fashion Week. Halima Aden became the only hijab model and returned to the same stage with Gigi Hadid.

This time the Max Mara collection has a Swedish concept of Slojdforeningen with the idea that beauty in design requires a peeled back approach as an inspiration for fashion style. Aden uses the Max Mara collection in golden brown color combined with his hijab, wrapped in soft mohair, alpaca, and shearling, making Aden look beautiful and charming.
